	A light golden colour with a moderately intense nose of fresh apricots, peaches and white flowers. The medium-bodied palate is fairly mouth-filling, with fairly low to moderate acidity. The primary fruit component is fresh apricot, but there are also notes of peaches, quince and some waxy lanolin that make the palate quite complex.

	Very pale in appearance. It remains quite restrained on the nose, with mere hints of aromas that typify Dom perignon. A mixture of almonds, cream and white fruits. The palate maintains this reserved, closed-down theme, as it remains very tight.
LOUIS ROEDERER CRISTAL (FRANCE)		455
	complex nose of honeysuckle, vanilla, brioche and white peach. The Pinot Noir is more evident on the palate, with rich and savoury notes seamlessly interwoven. Fantastically delicate bubbles complete the picture.
